Mainly, I am looking for a host that charges monthly. I don't want to pay in advance and get stuck with a host.
Stumbled on chime host - http://www.chimehost.com but I can't seem to find many websites advertising them. I see hostgator on hosting review sites but they require advance payment for the low price.
